Booking & cancellation

• All bookings are refundable within 24hrs before your booking time, however bookings are able to be changed to a different date/time with 24 hours notice.
• Cancellation within this 24hr period forfeits your booking.
• Group bookings (5 or more people) are able to be changed with 48 hours notice.
• Private Group books are organised through email. This includes an invoice that must be paid 48 hours before your event.
• If payments are NOT made within this time period, the session will be forfeited.
• Cancellation of a group booking within 48 hours of the session forfeits the deposit. 

Yoga & craft classes

• Due to small class sizes, bookings are essential & a 7 day cancellation policy applies.
• Bookings are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another class with at least 7 days notice.
• Cancellations within this 7 day period forfeit the class fee.

Gift certificates & coupons

We understand people have busy lives so we recommend contacting staff about extension on gift certificates. However they may only be able to extend the time by 2 months.
