ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE
Get all the cat love you can handle in our chilled-out kitty paradise.
$25 gets you a 55-minute cat session plus one free medium-size hot or cold drink.
Add on one of our baked treats in-store for an additional $5.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to give you some time to check-in and learn the rules of the cat area before your booking.

Food menu includes: Cakes, Giant Cookies, Slices, and more*
*All our cakes are currently vegan. Gluten free options are available, but we are unable to guarantee suitability for coeliacs. All food and drinks are subject to availability.
- Unfortunately children under 8 are not permitted in the cat area at any time.
- Children under 13 years old must have a supervising adult booked in with them.
- No one under the age of 13 is allowed to pick up the cats.

For groups that include children between 8 and 12 years old, the maximum group size is 8 children plus two supervising adults.
- Refunds will not be given within 24 hours of your booked time.
CAT LOUNGE RULES
There are a few basic rules we ask visitors of the Lucky Cat Cafe to follow to keep the cats healthy and happy, and for your safety.
- Be nice to the cats! Don't pull their tails, chase them, or do anything that would scare them. If you do, you will be asked to leave with no refund.
- Don't pick up the cats unless the staff let you know you can. Some might be comfortable with being picked up, some may not. But they may come sit on your lap if they like you!
- Please do not feed the cats, unless it is cat food brought in by the staff.
- No flash photography.
- By paying for your booking, you assume all liability for injury or damage to person or property.
- Visitors must sanitise their hands before entering the cat lounge. This helps us keep the cats clean and healthy.
- Only drinks purchased from Lucky Cat Cafe can be taken into the cat lounge, except bottled water.
- Only drinks with lids are allowed in the cat lounge.
- Unfortunately, no food is allowed to enter the cat lounge.
